The Board of Directors of Cutix Plc (NGX: CUTIX) has recommended a dividend of 12 kobo per ordinary share of the Company amounting to N422,717,286.24 for approval by Shareholders at the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for Friday, August 25, 2023.

The Board gave the recommendation at its meeting held on Thursday, July 13, 2023.
At the meeting, the Board also approved the Directors Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended April 30, 2023, subject to some amendments.
In a statement released on the Nigerian Exchange, the company stated that the approved Audited Financial Statements will be released to the public on or before close of business on July 29, 2023.
It reiterated that the the Closed Period earlier announced by the Company still subsists until the Audited Financial Statements is submitted to the Exchange.
