AXA Mansard Insurance Plc (NGX: MANSARD) has announced a final dividend of 36 kobo per N2.00 ordinary share for the 2022 financial year ended 31 December 2022.

Out of the 36 kobo final dividend, 6 kobo per share had been paid to shareholders in December 2022.
Investogist reported that the 6 kobo interim dividend for the nine months period ended 30 September, 2022, which was subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval was paid to shareholders on 9th December, 2022.
The qualification date for the 30 kobo dividend has been set as 21st June, 2023, and is also subject to the appropriate withholding tax.
At the close of trading on Friday, the share price of MANSARD stood at N1.90, therefore putting the dividend yield on the 30 kobo at 15.78%. The dividend yield for the final dividend of 36 kobo stands at 18.94%.
AXA Mansard Plc had announced and paid a dividend of 25 kobo per ordinary share to its Shareholders on May 12, 2022 for the 2021 financial year ended 31 December 2021.
On July 4, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at June 21st 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends
directly into their Bank accounts.

is also available on their website: www.datamaxgroup.ng complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends that have remained unclaimed are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on the 4th of July 2022 at the Oriental Hotel, Lekki, Lagos at 10:00am.
Mansard reported a profit after tax of N2.43bn for the financial year, lower than the N3.73bn it posted for the 2021 financial year. It further reported an Earnings per Share (EPS) of 29 kobo, 20.68% lower than the 35 kobo EPS it posted in 2021.
