The Directors of Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has proposed an Interim Dividend of 30 Kobo (Thirty Kobo) per ordinary share of 50 Kobo (HY2022:20) each on the 35,545,225,622 issued ordinary shares of 50k held by shareholders.

The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax, and will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business of Thursday, October 5, 2023.

- Qualification date: October 5, 2023
- Payment date: October 19, 2023
On Thursday, October 19, 2023, the Interim dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Thursday, October 5, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available at https://theaccesscorporation.com/ or the Registrars’ website: https://coronationregistrars.com/e-mandate/, complete and submit to either the Register, their respective Banks or any Access Bank’s Branch.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
Access Holdings Plc posted a profit after tax of N135.44bn (H1 2022: N88.88bn) for the half-year period ended June 30, 2023 and a basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) of N3.74 (H1 2022: N2.5).
