Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has declared an interim dividend of 45 kobo for the half year period ended 30 June, 2024.

The Board of Directors proposed that the Interim Dividend of 45 Kobo (H1 2023: 30 Kobo) per ordinary share of 50 Kobo each on the 35,545,225,622 issued ordinary shares of 50 Kobo each be paid to shareholders on the register of shareholding as of the qualification date. Withholding Tax will be deducted at the time of payment.
The qualification date for the interim dividend has been set as Thursday, October 3, 2024.
On Thursday, October 17, 2024, dividend will be paid electronically to Ordinary Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday, October 3, 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available on the Registrar’s website https://coronationregistrars.com/e-mandate/, complete and submit to the Registrar, their respective Banks or any Access Bank Plc Branch.
Access Holdings Plc posted a profit after tax of ₦281.32 billion for the half year period, a significant growth from the ₦135.44 billion it posted for the same period in 2023.
The financial holding company reported a total comprehensive income of ₦646.34 billion for the period (H1 2023: ₦496.41 billion).
