Ikeja Hotels Plc (NGX: IKEJAHOTEL) has declared a 3 kobo interim dividend for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each, for the period ended 31 March 2026.
The dividend, which is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval, will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, May 8, 2026.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, May 11, 2026, to Friday, May 15, 2026.
On Friday, June 5, 2026, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, May 8, 2026, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
