CWG Plc (NGX:CWG), has released its audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025, showing double-digit growth across key metrics.
According to its audited financial statements filed on the Nigerian Exchange, the company’s performance was largely driven by revenue growth, which increased to N65.5 billion, representing a 41.4% year-over-year rise.
Financial Highlights
Group revenue rose 41.4% to ₦65.56 billion (2024: ₦46.35 billion)
Profit after tax increased 63.4% to ₦4.98 billion (2024: ₦3.04 billion)
The Company showed similar growth, with revenue up 42.6% to ₦42.88 billion and profit after tax up 76.1% to ₦4.14 billion.
The Directors described the state of the Group’s and Company’s affairs as satisfactory, with no material changes since the reporting date.
Dividend
Consequently, the Board has proposed a final dividend of 70 kobo per share as against 39 kobo per share of 50 kobo each in 2024.
The dividend is subject to withholding tax and shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Qualification Date: Tuesday, 7 April 2026 (close of business)
Closure of Register: Wednesday, 8 April 2026
Payment Date: Friday, 17 April 2026 to be paid electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration
The Company’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
No bonus issue is proposed for the year.
The Company also confirmed full compliance with its trading policy and the Nigerian Exchange Limited’s listing rules regarding securities transactions by directors and staff.
