Cadbury Nigeria Plc announces the retirement of Mrs. Oyeyimika Adeboye as Managing Director, effective today 30th November 2025. The notification was submitted on the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
Mrs. Adeboye joined the Company in November 2008 as Finance and Strategy Director and was appointed Managing Director on 1st April 2019. The Board extends its sincere gratitude for her outstanding leadership and significant contributions to the Company’s growth and sustainability.
The Board will announce the new Managing Director in due course, but in the interim, Mrs. Folake Ogundipe, Finance Director, has been appointed Interim Managing Director effective 30th November 2025 to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Mrs. Ogundipe joined Cadbury Nigeria in September 2025 and brings extensive multi-decade experience in business transformation and delivering shareholder value in the consumer goods sector.
The Board is confident in her ability to lead the Company through this transition.
