Several companies listed on the Nigerian Exchange has announced dates for their respective Board meetings; Jaiz Bank Plc, Guinness Nig. Plc, Eterna Plc, and Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc all made this announcement on Tuesday.

Jaiz Bank Plc (NGX: JAIZBANK) gave notice that a meeting of the Audit Committee of the bank has been scheduled to hold on 28th July, 2025 at 11.00am. The meeting will consider the 2nd Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements of the Bank for the period ended 30th June, 2025.
Guinness Nigeria Plc (NGX: GUINNESS) in an updated notification, informed the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the Market that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Guinness Nigeria Plc earlier scheduled for 24th July 2025, has now been moved forward to hold on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025 due to circumstances beyond their control.
In it’s notification, Eterna Plc (NGX: ETERNA) stated that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Eterna Plc will take place on Monday, 28th July 2025 at the Company’s Board Room located at 5a Oba Adeyinka Oyekan Avenue, Ikoyi, Lagos at 11am. The primary agenda of the meeting is for the consideration of the Company’s Second Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June 2025 (Q2 2025 UFS) other items slated for the meeting.
Japaul Gold and Ventures Plc (NGX: JAPAULGOLD) gave notice that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc will be held virtually on the 29th day of July 2025 by 01:00pm to receive and consider the following business:
