Caverton Offshore Support Group Plc (NGX: CAVERTON) has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and the investing public that it’s 2022 Audited Financial Statements (AFS) will be file with the NGX on Tuesday, 9th of May, 2023.

In a publication released on the Exchange, Caverton stated that the Board of Directors of the Company at a meeting held on Monday, 8th of May 2023 duly considered and approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
Consequently, the closed period restricting all Directors and insiders from transacting in the shares of the Company remain in place until 24 hours after the release of the AFS to the public.
In a press release earlier in the month, Caverton stated that its 2023 Q1 Unaudited Financial Statements has not been filed because of the delay in filling the 2022 AFS.
It is expected that upon filing of the 2022 AFS, that of 2023 Q1 will follow.
