Tinubu wins Local Governments announced so far in Ekiti State

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has won 12 out of the 16 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Ekiti State.

According to he results announced on Sunday in Ado-Ekiti, Tinubu had garnered a total of 134,503 votes from the 12 LGAs, with his closest rival, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) got 61,414 votes. Labour Party’s candidate, Peter Obi received 5,454 votes.
