TrackaNG, an independent project monitoring, and tracking organization, has called the attention of Oyo State Ministry of Health to the poor state of Sabo Health Centre, Ibadan North LGA which was commissioned in March 2004 by Adewolu Ladoja, former governor of the state.
The group in a tweet on Monday via its official Twitter handle said that the Health Centre which is meant to serve an estimated 5,000 population has no staff, electricity, water, drugs and medical equipment.
“Sabo PHC, Ibadan North LGA, Oyo State, which is meant to serve an estimated 5000 population has no staff, electricity, water, drugs and medical equipment a situation that makes it impossible for it to deliver healthcare to the people of the community.

“We call on, @OyoStateMOH [Oyo State Ministry of Health] @seyiamakinde [Governor of Oyo Sate Seyi Makinde] and @NphcdaNG [and National Primary Health Care Development Agency] to urgently address the problem and provide the necessary equipment needed to operate the healthcare centre in the community,” it added.
