Following the release of its Consolidated and Separate Interim Financial Statements for the half year period ended 30 June 2022, Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (NGX: STANBIC) has announced a proposal to pay an interim dividend to shareholders for the period.
In a corporate action announcement seen by Investogist, an interim dividend of N1.50 (One Naira Fifty Kobo) per ordinary share of 50 kobo each was proposed. The proposed dividend which amounts to N19.43 billion will be subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax and regulatory approval.

On Wednesday 21 September 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of Trading on Tuesday 06 September 2022, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website: https://firstregistrarsnigeria.com/download-forms/, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrars.
