Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (NGX: STANBIC) has announced a final dividend of N2.00 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, for the financial year ended 31 December, 2022.

The final dividend totaling N25.91bn will be subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax and shareholders approval.
Stanbic had in August declared an interim dividend of N1.50 to shareholders for the half year period.
With the final dividend announced, the total dividend paid by Stanbic for the 2022 financial year will be N3.50.
The qualification date for the final dividend has been set as Monday 03 April, 2023.
On Friday 26 May 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at close of business on Monday 03 April 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our Registrars website: https://firstregistrarsnigeria.com/downloadforms/, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
The Company’s 11th Annual General Meeting will be held at Eko Hotel & Suites, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island Lagos, on Thursday 25 May 2023 at 10.00 a.m.
