AXA Mansard Insurance Plc has announced the resignation of its Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Lesley Ndiovu and Mr. Thomas Wilkinson from the Board effective December 30,2020.
The notification was contained in a corporate release on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, signed by the Company Secretary, Mrs. Omowunmi Mabel Adewusi.
The notification went on to state that Mr. Kuldeep Kaushik has joined the Board of AXA Mansard Plc as a Non-Executive Director, and that his appointment has been duly approved by NAICOM.

The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) was established in 1997 by the National Insurance Commission Act 1997 with responsibility for ensuring the effective administration, supervision, regulation and control of insurance business in Nigeria and protection of insurance policyholders, beneficiaries and third parties to insurance contracts.
Mr. Kushik has over 18 years’ experience in corporate & business strategy, business transformation and operational excellence, business development, program management, change management and technology consulting. He also has extensive experience in Life, Savings and Health Insurance businesses. His appointment has been duly approved by National Insurance Commission,
He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of AXA International and New Markets. Prior to this, he worked at AXA Hong Kong where he headed the Operations & Transformation team.
