The presidential candidate of the Labour Party has won the February 25 presidential election conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Abia State.
The result for the presidential election was declared by the state returning officer, Prof. Abel Ezeorah of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Alike-Ikwo (FUNAI), at INEC state office in Umuahia.
Obi polled 327,095 while Atiku and Tinubu scored 22,676 and 8,914 votes respectively.
The former Anambra governor has won other states like Lagos, Nasarawa, Imo, Delta, Enugu, Anambra and FCT.
