The Ministry of Youth and Sports Development calls on Nigerian youths between the ages of 18 to 35 years running any form of business to enroll their businesses with the nation’s Youth Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (Youth MSMEs) database.
According to the information on its website, enrollment into the database will create opportunities for business growth.
These opportunities include;
Opportunity to get N250,000 to N50 million loan per MSME at a 5% percent rate for business ideas.
Digital training and a pathway to enterprise via Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) led training opportunities.
Access to participate in empowerment programs and entrepreneurship training programs organized by the Ministry.
Access to real-time information on all youth entrepreneurship initiatives
Priority funding from other public and private sector, financial institutions, including international donor agencies, and access to borderless marketing opportunities.
