Custodian Investment Plc (NGX: CUSTODIAN) has announced an interim dividend of 25 kobo for every share of 50k each for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.

Only shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on August 15, 2025, will qualify for the dividend. The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax.
On September 9, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at August 15, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
In its unaudited consolidated financial reports for the six months ended 30 June 2025, Custodian Investment Plc posted a gross revenue of ₦124.27 billion (H1 2024: ₦82.76 billion), a profit after tax of ₦26.39 billion (H1 2024: ₦22.40 billion). and an Earnings Per Share of ₦4.38 (H1 2024: ₦3.77).
Custodian Investment Plc is the investment holding company that resulted from the successful merger of Custodian and Allied Insurance Plc and Crusader (Nigeria) Plc. Custodian Investment Plc was incorporated on 22 August 1991 as a private limited liability company under the name Accident and General Insurance Company Limited.
It changed its name to Custodian and Allied Insurance Plc on 5 February 1993, became a public limited liability company on 29 September 2006 and later changed its name to Custodian Investment Plc on 24 May 2018.
The Company is quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and has its registered office at 16A Commercial Avenue, Sabo Yaba Lagos, Nigeria.
