Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc (NGX: CONHALLPLC) has declared an interim dividend of 10 kobo per share for the half-year period ended 30 June 2025.
The dividend will be subject to shareholder’s approval and appropriate withholding tax. Qualification date for the dividend has been set at 15th August, 20225.

An Interim dividend will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 15th August 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts. Payment date will be announced in due course.
In its interim consolidated audited financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2025, Consolidated Hallmark Holdings Plc posted a gross income of ₦2.49 billion (H1 2024: ₦1.36 billion), a profit after tax of ₦1.15 billion (H1 2024: ₦7.52 billion), and an Earnings Per Share of ₦0.10 (H1 2024: ₦0.69).
