The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has assigned roles to the four new deputy governors who were recently confirmed by the Senate.

Business Day reported on Saturday that the CBN assigned responsibility to the four deputy governors on Friday, when the deputy governors resumed at the Bank after their successful screening.
Bala Bello will be responsible for corporate services, and Mohammed Sani will be in charge of economic policy.
Philip Ikeazor is now deputy governor in charge of financial system stability (FSS), while Emem Usoro is responsible for operations.
The Nigerian Senate on Tuesday confirmed the nomination of Yemi Cardoso as the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, along with the four others as deputy governors of the bank.
