BUA Cement PLC (NGX: BUACEMENT) has announced a final dividend of ₦10.00 per share for the 2025 financial year.
The announcement, issued on February 27, 2026, precedes the company’s AGM scheduled for later this year.
The dividend, which will be paid after approval and withholding tax, is payable to shareholders listed in the Register of Members as of May 8, 2026.
No bonus shares are proposed this period.
The company has set a timetable for dividend payments: the shareholder, register will close from May 11-15, 2026; and payments will be made electronically on May 21, 2026, to shareholders with e-dividend registration.
Shareholders with unclaimed dividends or share certificates should register or contact the Registrar for their entitlements.
The Annual Genera meeting will hold on May 21, 2026, at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, where shareholders can review the company’s performance and vote on the dividend.

BUA Cement Plc is a company domiciled in Nigeria. The Company was incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company on 30 May 2014 and commenced business in August 2015.
The Company was converted from a private limited liability company to a public limited liability company on 16 May 2019, as a prelude to a scheme of merger. The Company later merged with the defunct Cement Company of Northern Nigeria Plc in a scheme of merger on 23 December 2019 and was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (now Nigerian Exchange) on 9 January 2020. BUA Cement Plc is ultimately owned by Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu CFR, CON.
The address of its registered office is 32, Churchgate Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. The principal activities of the Company are the manufacturing and sales of cement to the general public. These activities are conducted primarily in Nigeria.
The majority shareholder of the Company, Abdulsamad Rabiu CFR, CON is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the ultimate owner of the Company.
