Beta Glass Plc (NGX: BETAGLASS) has informed the its shareholders and the investing public that the company has appointed a new registrar.
The company in a notification published on the Nigerian Exchange said the new registrar is Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited.
Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Limited will replace CardinalStone Registrars Limited.
Beta Glass did the disclose the reason behind the change of its registrar. It however noted that al correspondences, inquiries, and requests related to the shares, dividends and other related matters pertaining to the shares of Beta Glass Plc should be directed to the new registrar at the address below:

In the nine months ended September 30, 2023 the company grew its revenue to N45.4 billion from N38.94 billion in the same period in 2022.
Profit after tax for the period rose to N5.27 billion from N3.45 billion.
For the year ended December 31, 2022, Beta Glass declared and paid N1.17 dividend per 50kobo ordinary share.
The dividend with qualification date of June 16, 2023 was paid on July 7, 2023.
