Beta Glass Plc, (NGX: BETAGLAS) hi its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Revenue rose 27% to ₦149.12 billion from ₦117.58 billion in 2024.
Gross profit increased 71% to ₦52.66 billion, while operating profit doubled to ₦48.09 billion.
Profit before tax increasesd154% to ₦50.54 billion and profit after tax climbed 144% to ₦33.25 billion.
Earnings per share (EPS) reached ₦55.41, up 144% from ₦22.71.
Gross margin improved to 35.3% from 26.3%, and operating margin expanded to 32.3% from 20.0%.
Consequently the Board has proposed a final dividend of ₦7.20 per ordinary share of 50 kobo totaling approximately ₦4.32 billion, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting.

In February 2026, Helios Investment Partners acquired the controlling stake previously held by Frigoglass Group.
Four Frigoglass-nominated directors resigned and four new Non-Executive Directors were appointed, with their appointments to be ratified at the AGM.
The company maintained its community support, spending ₦17.14 million on projects including boreholes, school infrastructure, health equipment and youth skills training.
