The Board of Directors of AXA Mansard Insurance Plc (NGX: MANSARD) has unanimously approved a dividend proposal for the financial year ended December 31, 2022.
In its consolidated Statement of Comprehensive Income for the year ended 31 December, 2022, Mansard Group reported a profit of N2.23bn, and a basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) of 27kobo (in 2021, N3.73bn profit was reported with a basic EPS of 35kobo).

The Board of Directors of the Insurer had at the 93rd Board meeting of the company held on 16th February 2023, unanimously resolved as follows:
- That the Financial Statements and Accounts of the Company together with the Directors and Auditor’s reports for the financial year ended December 31, 2022 and a dividend proposal subject to approval of Audited Financials by National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) is approved.
- That the Management of the Company is hereby authorised to submit the Audited Financial Statements and Accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022 to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) for its approval.
- That upon receipt of the approval of NAICOM, the Audited Financial Statements and Accounts should be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- That upon obtaining regulatory approval, the Management of the Company is hereby authorised to publish a summary of the Audited Financial Statements and Accounts of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022 in National Newspapers.
