Unilever Nigeria Plc (NGX:UNILEVER) has announced a final dividend of ₦3.25 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
The dividend, which will be paid from the company’s after-tax profit, is subject to applicable withholding tax and approval by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Only shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, April 10, 2026, will qualify for the payment.
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, April 13, 2026, to Friday, April 17, 2026, to prepare the dividend list.
Payment will be made on Friday, May 8, 2026 coinciding with the AGM.
Dividends will be paid electronically directly into the bank accounts of shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar.
The company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on the same day as the dividend payment — Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Shell Hall, MUSON Centre, Lagos Island, Lagos.
