Transcorp Hotels Board approve final dividend for 2022 financial year

The Board of Directors of Transcorp Hotels Plc has approved the proposal for the declaration of final dividend for the 2022 Financial Year.

The proposal for the declaration of final dividend was amongst the resolutions approved by the Board of the hotel at its Board Meeting at the company’s board room via zoom on February 16, 2023.

The Directors of the Company passed the following resolutions among others at its meeting:

1. The Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2022, was approved.
2. The Proposal for Declaration of Final Dividend for the 2022 Financial Year was approved.
3. The proposed divestment plan of the Company was approved. Details of transactions will be shared subsequently.
