Tantalizers PLC has acquired Grand Media Projects Limited, expanding its brand offerings as it enters into the entertainment sector.
This was diclosed by the company in a document filed with the Nigerian Exchange on Friday.
Grand Media Projects was founded by Tade Ogidan.
This acquisition signifies Tantalizers’ diversification into the entertainment sector and aligns with its long-term growth strategy focused on youth-driven sectors.
The acquisition aims to deepen Tantalizers’ footprint in the creative entertainment economy.
Tantalizers plans to launch a tech-driven entertainment platform in the coming months as it aims to connect with audiences through food, music, storytelling, and event activations.
