The Board of Directors of Oando Plc (NGX: OANDO) will meet on April 29, 2022 to consider and approve the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019.
The meeting is scheduled to hold by 11.00am in Lagos on the aforementioned date. In addition to the financial statements, the Board will all also consider what the company called “other corporate actions.”

The board meeting notification, signed by the company’s Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary, Ayotola Jagun was posted on the NGX.
Consequently, no insider of OANDO and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company until 24 hours after all outstanding financial
statements of the Company have been released.
On March 29 2022, Investogist reported that Oando had announced that its board of directors is expected to approve the 2019 AFS on or before April 30, 2022.
