Nigerian Breweries Plc (NGX: NB) has published the list of over 90,000 people who has unclaimed dividends of the company.
In the publication seen by Investogist, the brewer informed its shareholders and the investing public that the unclaimed dividends list has been published and is available on the company’s website: www.nbplc.com/investorrelations.

The company stated that the publication of the List on the website was in lieu of publishing it in the newspapers and it is in addition to the List already circulated to the affected Shareholders alongside our 2022 Annual Report and Accounts.
NB advised all affected Shareholders to please contact the company Registrar, First Registrars & Investor Services Limited at No. 2 Abebe Village Road, Iganmu, Lagos State or via the email address: info@firstregistrarsnigeria.com or ebusiness@firstregistrarsnigeria.com with a view to claiming the dividends.
It reiterated its commitment to working with all relevant stakeholders to reduce the incidence of Unclaimed Dividends in Nigeria.
It urged Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-Dividend Form to contact the Registrar and do so.
Nigerian Breweries Plc announced a final dividend of N1.03 per ordinary share of 50 kobo each, subject to the deduction of the appropriate withholding tax and approval at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) scheduled for 26th April, 2023.
For the 2021 financial year, the brewer declared and paid a dividend of N1.20 per Share.
