Nestle Nigeria Plc (NGX: NESTLE) has published the link to join its 53rd Annual General Meeting.
The AGM will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 11.00 am.
In a document published on the Nigerian Exchange, Nestle Nigeria said that shareholders, investors, stakeholders can join the live proceedings of the AGM via the attendee link.
The company said the reason for the publication is to enable “shareholders and other stakeholders who will not be able to attend the meeting due to the restriction on mass gatherings imposed by the government as a result of COVID-19 to watch the live proceedings and participate.”
