Ikeja Hotel Plc (NGX: IKEJAHOTEL) has announced an interim dividend of 3 kobo for the third quarter of 2025 ended 30th September.

The 3 kobo interim dividend for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each, will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders. The Register of Shareholders for the interim dividend will be closed from Monday, November 10, 2025, to Friday, November 14, 2025.
On Friday, November 28, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, November 7, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: https://greenwichregistrars.com complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
In its unaudited Group financial statements for the nine months ended 30 September 2025, Ikeja Hotel Plc reported a revenue of ₦18.51 billion (9M 2024: ₦12.59 billion), a profit after tax of ₦4.85 billion (9M 2024: ₦2.00 billion) and an Earnings Per Share of ₦2.24 (9M 2024: ₦0.93).
For the third quarter July – September 2025, the Hotel Group posted a revenue of ₦6.38 billion (Q3 2024: ₦4.39 billion), a profit after tax of ₦1.73 billion (Q3 2024: ₦0.64 billion) and an Earnings Per Share of ₦0.80 (Q3 2024: ₦0.30).
In July, Investogist reported that Ikeja Hotel Plc’s announcement of a 3 kobo interim dividend for the first half of the year ended 30 June 2025.

Ikeja Hotel Plc., formerly Properties Development Limited, was incorporated on 18 November 1972. It owns the Sheraton Lagos Hotel and is a core investor in Hans Gremlin Nigeria Limited. It also has significant shareholding in the Tourist Company of Nigeria Plc. (Owners of Federal Palace Hotel & Casino, Lagos).
The Hotel was managed and operated by Starwood Eame License and Services Company BVBA up to June 2017 under an agreement dated 31 October 1980 and renewed 1 April 2008. Subsequently Marriot International took over the management of the Sheraton brand from June 2017 due to acquisition of Starwood Eame License and Services Company BVBA.
The principal activities of the group are operation of hotels and restaurants, apartment letting, recreational facilities, night clubs and business centre services, advisory and consultancy services.
