Geregu Power Plc (NGX: GEREGU) has announced its first dividend since it listed on the Nigerian Exchange in 2022.
The Femi Otedola controlled power company through a corporate action release earlier today, announced a final dividend of N8.00 per ordinary share.

The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of the Shareholders.
Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on the 27th February, 2023 will qualify to receive the dividend. The company will advise Shareholders the payment date in due course.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective banks.
GEREGU’s Registrar is Meristem Registrars and Probate Services Limited, with office at 213 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos.
The date of the company’s Annual General Meeting will also be advised at a later time.
