Custodian Investments Plc (NGX: CUSTODIAN) has announced an interim of 10 kobo for every share of 50k each for the period ended June 30, 2022.
The company also paid a 10 kobo interim dividend paid for H1 2021 and a final dividend of 40 kobo for the year ended December 31, 2021.
The interim dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax.

The qualification date for the dividend is August 19, 2022. Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on August 19, 2022 will be paid the interim dividend.
On September 1, 2022, dividend will be pad electronically to shareholders who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form which is available of the Registrars website. The Registrar is Meristem Registrars.
The equity price of Custodian Investments Plc closed at N6.5 per share on Friday.
