Conoil Plc (NGX: CONOIL) has declared a final dividend of N3.50 kobo for the 2023 financial year, ended 31 December, 2023.
The proposed final dividend is subject to Withholding Tax and shareholders approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
The qualification date for the interim dividend has been set as Friday, October 18, 2024.
On November 22nd, the dividend amounting to N2.43 billion will be paid electronically to Ordinary Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, October 18, 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Form, which is available on Meristerm Registrar’s website, complete and submit to the Registrar, or their respective Banks.
Conoil Plc posted N201.39 billion revenue for 2023, 53% higher than the N131.42 billion posted in the same period in 2022
The profit after tax rose by 99% to ₦9.87 billion for the period, a significant growth from the ₦4.96 billion it posted for the same period in 2022.
Conoil share price has been flat at N168 per share on the Nigerian Exchange since 12th September 2024.
