Chelsea has beaten Manchester City, 1-0 to win its second Champions League title on Saturday, in a pulsating epic final in Porto, Portugal.
Kai Havertz delivered the lone strike in a nerve-racking final that saw many injuries and Sergio Aguero making his last appearance for the Manchester side.
Chelsea’s title was its second in the competition having won the first in 2012.
Manchester City once again fails to lift the much coveted and sought-after cup in the club’s cabinet. It is the first final of the Sky Blues.
