AXA Mansard Plc (NGX: MANSARD) has declared a final dividend of 40 kobo per ₦2.00 ordinary share for the 2023 financial year ended 31 December, 2023.
The final dividend is inclusive of the 6 kobo interim dividend declared and paid to shareholders for the nine months period ended 30 September, 2023.
Qualification date for the dividend is set for July 15th 2024.
The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held virtually via zoom, an online meeting platform on the 29th of July 2024 at 10:00am
On July 29, 2024, the remaining 34 kobo dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at July 15th 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, https://www.datamaxgroup.ng/datamaxregistrars/wpcontent/uploads/2021/05/MAND-FOR-DIVI-PAYMT-DATAMAX-NEW-1.pdf, which is also available on their website: www.datamaxgroup.ng complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
