AIICO Insurance Plc (NGX: AIICO) has announced a final dividend of 3 kobo per nominal value of its ordinary shares.
The 3 kobo dividend for the 2022 financial year ended 31st December, 2022, is an improvement on the 2 kobo dividend paid for the 2021 financial year.

The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholders’ approval.
On June 15, 2023 dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at May 31, 2023 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
Shareholders who8 are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on our website: https://crlselfservice.coronation.ng/ complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at Shell Hall, Muson Centre, 8/9 Marina Road, Onikan, Lagos on June 8, 2023 at 12.00 noon
AIICO reported a 54% growth in profit for the 2022 financial year, from N4.91bn to N7.55bn. It posted an Earnings per Share of 20 kobo (2021: 13 kobo).
