Peter Obi was in Owerri on Saturday, August 13 2022, to commission a building donated to the LP 2023 campaign organisation by a US-based indigene of the state, Dr. Libo Agwara.
Obi told the enthusiastic crowd at the occasion that because campaigns had not been officially flagged off, he would not make any statements on the agenda of his party. He, however, assured that by the time the campaigns commence, the country will not remain the same.
