Access Holdings Plc (NGX: ACCESSCORP) has notified the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited of a potential delay in the publication of the Company’s Audited Interim Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2023.

The financial holding company stated that the potential delay is due to the complexity of the post-completion audit activities of the newly acquired sub-subsidiaries of the banking group.
In a regulatory filing on Tuesday seen by Investogist, Access Holdings Plc stated that NGX has approved an extension of time to file the Results on or before September 15, 2023 subject to the Central Bank of Nigeria’s approval of the Results.
The earlier declared closed period in respect of transactions on its securities remains in place until 24 hours after release of the results.
The Board of Directors of Access Holdings Plc met on Thursday, July 27 2023, and considered and approved the Group 2023 Half Year Audited Results and the payment of an interim dividend subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
