You need to be ready for every event that might occur in your business and be able to turn it into opportunity.
Flexibility in business means being able to make some internal changes in order to quickly respond to our fast-changing environment. For purpose of simplicity I will explain these in 5 steps;
- You should be ready to give up old policies that doesn’t work for you and adapt new ones. Just because you are used to things in a particular way, does not mean it should always remain like that. Remember that change is the only permanent thing in life.
- Try new methods and processes to improve your efficiency even if the old methods are still working, the new ones might turn out to be better.

- Be flexible with your customers and treat each customer complaint separately based on the situation. Don’t be rigid when dealing with customers. Be sure to leave them happy, you will reap the benefit with referrals.
- Be flexible with your employees, especially with working hours, allow them to find ways that will enable them to be more productive and efficient. This will make your employees to lead a healthy and balanced work life and personal life, and in return they will give you their best, plus Employee turnover will also be greatly reduced.

- Be flexible enough to adapt to using new technologies so that you won’t be left behind.
