Transcorp Hotels Plc (NGX: TRANSCOHOT) has declared a 10 kobo interim dividend per 50 kobo ordinary share, for the half-year period ended 30 June, 2025.
The Company made the declaration in a corporation action announcement released on Friday on the Nigerian Exchange Limited.

Transcorp Hotels plc reported a strong H1 2025 financial performance, posting a revenue of ₦29.72 billion, and a profit after tax of ₦8.67 billion.
The interim dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval. Qualification date for the interim dividend is set for Thursday, August 7,2025.
On Friday, August 15, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Thursday, August 7, 2025 and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
At the Board Meeting of Transcorp Hotels Plc held on July 24, 2025, passed a resolution for the proposal of the declaration of interim dividend. The Board also approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended June 30, 2025.
In a press release after the publication of the half-year results, Transcorp Hotels Plc noted that “In line with its promise to continually deliver value, the Company is rewarding shareholders with an interim dividend of ₦1,024,252,841 at ₦0.10 for every 50 kobo ordinary share, subject to appropriate withholding tax.”
