Shareholders of The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (NGX: OKOMUOIL) will receive N8.00 dividend for the financial year ended 31st December 2021.
The proposed dividend is per 50 kobo ordinary share, and subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
Shareholders who holds the share of the company as the close of trading on 22nd April, 2022 will receive the dividend.

At the current share price of OKOMUOIL, the dividend yield will be 5.63% before withholding tax and 5.07% after withholding tax.
On 25th May 2022, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 22nd April 2022, and have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into Bank accounts.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held by proxy in line with the Guidelines of the Corporate Affairs Commission as well as the Covid-19 pandemic safety protocols at Harbour Point Event Centre, 4 Wilmot Point Road, Victoria Island, Lagos on the 25t of May 2022 at 11:00am.
