United Capital Plc’s N10 billion senior unsecured fixed-rate series I Bond, was listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Tuesday 22 September 2020.
This is according to the Market bulletin issued by the Exchange, signed by Godstime Iwenekhai, the Head Listings Regulation.
The 5-year tenor bond issued on 28 May 2020 has a maturity date of 28 May 2020, and a fixed rate of 12.5% per annum.

The bond volume and price are 10,000,000 and N1,000 respectively.
The coupon payment is semi-annually, and payable in arrears on 28 November and 28 May of each year up to and including the maturity date.
