United Capital Plc (NGX: UCAP) has proposed an interim dividend of ₦0.30 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.

The dividend will be subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval of shareholders. Qualification date has been set at August 8, 2025.
On August 18, 2025, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at August 8, 2025, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
In its unaudited consolidated and separate financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2025, United Capital Plc posted gross earnings of ₦23.76 billion (H1 2024: ₦15.14 billion), a profit after tax of ₦11.88 billion (H1 2024: ₦7.73 billion). and an Earnings Per Share of ₦1.32 (H1 2024: ₦0.86).
