Transcorp Hotels Plc (NGX: TRANSCOHOT) has announced a proposed final dividend of N1.20 per ordinary share for the year ending December 31, 2025, pending shareholder approval and withholding tax.
This, combined with the interim dividend of 10 kobo paid on August 15, 2025, brings the total payout to N1.30 per share.
This announcement was made public on January 30th on the Nigeria Exchange (NGX).
