Shareholders of The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (NGX: OKOMUOIL) will receive another interim dividend of N2.00 for the period ended September 30, 2022, the company has announced.
The proposed dividend is per 50 kobo ordinary share, and subject to appropriate withholding tax.
The qualification date for the dividend is November 15, 2022.

On November 22, 2022, the dividend which amounts to N1.91 billion will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at November 15, 2022, and have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into Bank accounts.
Investogist recalls that The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc in August paid N7.00 as an interim dividend for the period ended June 30, 2022.
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the Registrar’s E Dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on the website of the Registrars: www.cardinalstoneregistrars.com, complete and submit to the Registrar or their respective Banks.
Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed, or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar.
The equity price of The Okomu Oil Palm Plc has remained flat at N169.50 per share since October 6, 2022. YTD it is up by 19.37%.
