Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc (NGX: STANBIC) has announced a delay in the release of the 2023 Half Year Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th June, 2023.
In a regulatory filing on Monday seen by Investogist, STANBIC informed NGX Regulation Limited as well as its stakeholders that it is experiencing a slight delay in the release of the results.
The financial services group stated that the delay is occasioned by the fact that it is currently seeking the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) for the Half Year Audited Financial Statements, following which the said Financial Statements will the be released to the Market.
It went further to state that it was working diligently with the CBN to ensure that the results are published on or before Friday 29 September, 2023.
