Secure Electronic Technology Plc (SET Plc) has announced the extension of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) by three months.
In a notice filed with Nigeria Exchange (NGX), and seen by investogist the company disclosed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on September 16, 2025, resolved to move the AGM from September to December 2025.
According to the filing, the extension is to allow for the completion of the ongoing share reconstruction and recapitalization exercise currently before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other regulators.
It will also enable the Board to properly present the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, alongside other statutory reports, to shareholders.
