President Bola Tinubu commissioned the first set of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The initial batch consists of 20 buses produced locally by Innoson Motors. The government expressed optimism that these buses will alleviate transportation challenges, particularly in the Federal Capital Territory of Abuja.
During a break from the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, the President drove five of the CNG buses to the forecourt of the Presidential Villa to commission them.
This is coming after the meeting with the President, the CEO of Innoson Motors expressed optimism about the future of Nigeria.
