The Board of Directors of NPR Microfinance Bank (NGX: NPFMCRFBK) has met and approved that the payment of a final dividend and issuance of bonus shares be recommended to Shareholders for approval.
The Board of the Bank met on 15th March 2022 a scheduled, wherein there approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Bank for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.

The approval of the audited accounts and dividend was contained in a corporate release published on the Nigerian Exchange Limited for The Exchange and the investing public.
The recommended dividend and bonus share issuance are both subject to the approval of Shareholders at the Shareholders Annual General Meeting.
The corporate release went further to state that the audited accounts will be forwarded to the CBN for approval in line with regulatory requirement after which the Bank will release the Accounts to the public.
The Bank reminded all that the closed period which commenced on 1st January 2022 will continue until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2021 are released to the public via NGX’s Issuers’ Portal.
