Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) for quoted companies, Ardova Plc (NSE Ticker: ARDOVA) notified The Exchange and investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, October 29, 2020 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statement for the period ended 30th September 2020, amongst other things.

Further to the above, the closed period of the Company shall commence on Wednesday October 14, 2020 in accordance with Rule 17.18: Period of Closure, Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015 (Issuers’ Rules), and will continue until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statement for the period ended 30th September 2020 are released.
Red Star Express Plc (NSE Ticker: REDSTAREX) also informed its shareholders, the investing public and The Nigerian Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Thursday October 29, 2020 at 11.00am.
The Board will review and approve the Half Year Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ending 31st March 2021.
Consequently, the Company declared that the closed period for the training in its shares commences from October 14, 2020 until 24 hours after the financial statements are filed with The Exchange.
